Incorporate pedestrian connections and the future East Baldivis Recreation Reserve.
Identify suitable locations for future community facilities.
Engage with the community and key stakeholders to inform planning.
Develop a staged implementation plan to meet current and future needs.
Create a functional, inclusive, and innovative facility that prioritizes accessibility, safety (CPTED), and environmental sensitivity.

Make better use of existing facilities by reusing or repurposing what’s already on-site.
Plan the area as a whole to support a variety of community, sport, and recreation activities.
